Delete your account

Google Play requires a clear way to request deletion of an in-app account. Follow the steps below to delete your NAVYA Fields account and associated personal data held by Alpha Geosystems.

How to request deletion

1. Prepare your details — note the email address you use to sign in to NAVYA Fields, your organisation name (if any), and the device model / app version (Settings → About / Support).
2. Send a deletion request — email info@alphageosystems.in with subject Account deletion request — NAVYA Fields and include your registered email.
3. Verify — we may reply from the same address to confirm it is you before processing.
4. Completion — once verified, we process deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when done. Uninstall the app and clear local app data if you also want on-device surveys removed immediately.

Organisation-managed users

If your account was created by an agency or company admin in Navya Sync, you can also ask your administrator to deactivate or remove your user. Admins: open Sync → Employees / users → remove the user, then notify us if auth-side cleanup is still required.

Data that may remain

• Backups retained briefly for disaster recovery, then purged on schedule.
• Records we must keep for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.
• Anonymised / aggregated operational metrics that no longer identify you.
• Survey features already shared into projects owned by other users in your organisation.
