Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using NAVYA Fields, you agree to these Terms of Service with Alpha Geosystems. If you use the app on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. Licence to use the app

Subject to a valid licence, subscription, or organisational entitlement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use NAVYA Fields on Android devices you own or control for professional surveying and related workflows. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or circumvent licence checks except to the extent allowed by mandatory law.

3. Accounts & organisations

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
• Organisation administrators control user access via Navya Sync / IAM.
• We may suspend accounts that pose security, fraud, or abuse risks.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: unauthorised access to systems or receivers; uploading unlawful content; interfering with other users; or using the app for activities prohibited by law in your jurisdiction.

5. Your field data

You (or your organisation) retain ownership of survey data you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide the app and sync services. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

NAVYA Fields, Navya branding, and related software remain the property of Alpha Geosystems and its licensors. Third-party libraries are governed by their own licences.

7. Disclaimer

Surveying results depend on receiver quality, configuration, environment, and operator skill. The app and services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted accuracy or fitness for a particular legal boundary determination. Always follow your organisation’s survey standards and verify critical measurements.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Geosystems is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data/profits arising from use of the app. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the fees you paid us for the app/service in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or INR 5,000 if none).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
