Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases related to NAVYA Fields and associated licences or subscriptions sold by Alpha Geosystems, including where payment is collected via Google Play Billing or via a direct commercial invoice.

Google Play purchases

If you purchased or subscribed through the Google Play Store, refunds are primarily handled under Google’s refund policies and Play Console tools:

• Request a refund in the Google Play app (Payments & subscriptions) within Google’s eligible window, or
• Use Google’s order/refund help: Google Play refund help.

We will honour outcomes determined by Google for Play-billed transactions.

Direct / enterprise licences

Hardware bundles, multi-seat enterprise licences, and tender contracts sold directly by Alpha Geosystems follow the commercial agreement or quotation issued to your organisation. Unless that agreement states otherwise:

• Digital licence keys that have been activated and used in production are generally non-refundable.
• Unused prepaid seats may be reviewed case-by-case within 14 days of purchase if unused and reported in writing.
• Defects attributable to us that we cannot remedy within a reasonable time may qualify for remedy, replacement, or refund under applicable law.

How to request a refund from us

1. Email info@alphageosystems.in with order ID / Play order number, purchase date, and reason.
2. Include the account email used in NAVYA Fields.
3. We respond within a few business days with next steps.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
